ORDERING

You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted.  A second automated email containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.  If you do not see these emails in your inbox, please try checking your spam or trash folder.  All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. 

If you were logged in to your customer account while placing the order, you may also check the order status by logging in to your account and looking for the order number under “My Orders”.  If you were not logged in at the time of purchase, then your order will not be reflected in your account’s order history.

PLACING ORDER

By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, by telephone, e-mail or by live chat you confirm that you have read the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them; if you do not accept these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, do not place an order. Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms of Service before you place an order. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email.

SHIPPING

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays). For overnight shipping service, orders must be received by 2pm EST Monday-Friday. Orders received Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Monday.

For security purposes, Eólas reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder's verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

We are unable to ship to either a P.O. Box or military addresses.  We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us at info@eolasstore.com . If your order has not been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number.

Once an order has left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or make any changes. 

The shipping cost is non-refundable.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING METHODS

UPS Ground (recommended shipping): Processed within 48 hours upon order confirmation.  Delivered 1-7 business days after processing.  Our warehouse is located in NYC and UPS Ground usually delivers to NYC and surrounding areas within one business day. 

UPS Next Day Air: Processed within 48 hours upon order confirmation. Delivered the next business day after processing.

We do not currently offer Saturday delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all International orders, the customer is responsible for any duties incurred in shipment. Please take local costs of applicable taxes and duties into account when purchasing items to be shipped from our store. Eólas will not assume responsibility for any charges other than those we list on our website. 

Payment of duties & import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and collected at time of delivery. These additional fees are not reflected at time of checkout and are determined by the local customs agency at the destination. For information regarding applicable duties and fees, please contact your local carrier/customs office.

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be returned to Eólas at the cost of the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows delivery confirmation on your package, but you have not received it, please contact info@eolasstore.com   

Note: we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages that show a successful delivery confirmation to the shipping address.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. Payment is debited from your account upon order processing. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

When selecting PayPal as an option, you will be directed to the PayPal site during checkout to ‘Log In,’ review the amount to be debited, and click ‘Pay Now.’ Once this transaction is concluded in PayPal, you will be returned to eolasstore.com.

When selecting the Apple Pay payment option, you will be directed to the Apple Pay payment page, where you can select your shipping address and confirm your payment with your device fingerprint.  Once the transaction is complete, you will then return to eolasstore.com.

When Selecting Google Pay or Shop Pay, you will be directed to the Google Pay or Shop Pay payment page, where you can select your shipping address and confirm your payment.  Once the transaction is complete, you will then return to eolasstore.com.

All transactions on our website are processed using Shopify Payments, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
