RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If a return does not meet our policy, it will be sent back to you at your cost.

US Customers: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid UPS shipping label via email.
International Customers: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for all shipping, duty and tax costs.
Place the item(s) in the original packaging and (re)seal the package. Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the exterior and drop off at your nearest UPS location.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All items listed as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
All gift cards are final sale.
Once your return has reached our warehouse, your refund will be initiated after our team has inspected your return.
Eolasstore.com reserves the right to deny any refund of merchandise that does not meet our company’s policies.
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
